INGREDIENTS
675g (1lb 8oz) haddock or coley fillets, fresh
or defrosted, skinned and cubed
1 x 15ml spoon (1 tablespoon) oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 x 500g jar sweet and sour sauce
8 baby sweetcorn, sliced
METHOD
1. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion
until soft.
2. Stir in the sweet and sour sauce and baby
sweetcorn. Bring to the boil.
3. Reduce the heat, add the sweetcorn and
fish. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, until
the fish is just cooked.
4. Serve with boiled rice or noodles and stirfry
vegetables.
